ok so lets recap the going ons of last night:
lindsey and i were set to meet at the hicksville train station for the 7:22 train. she was gonna pick up booze on the way. well she got there juuust as the train was pulling up, blah blah, we missed it. well she hadn't been able to pick up booze so we walked to a deli that was closed (curse you mckings) then back to the train station then finally to a gas station down the road. we had to speed walk because we could not miss the next train, which was at 7:50. so we get to this gas station and lann goes to go inside and the door was like...locked...but there were people in there so we were real confused. she managed to get in once someone else walked out. while she was in there though i saw several people walk in there no problem, so i really don't know why we couldn't get in this door. so she comes out and she tells me how there was a newspaper article taped on the counter in there saying how some guy who worked there was recently murdered on the job. shit man. anyway so we power walked back to the train, hopped on and we were on our journey. we had 5 24s to kill. well we each killed one on the way there. then once we got to penn we called webster hall and the souls weren't going on till 9:30, so we sat down next to some scene kids who were making out, and we spilt another 24 and criticized peoples outfits. after that, we went and bought gatorade. why did we buy gatorade you ask? well we then went into the bathroom, each with our designated sports drink and 24 ounce. we then chatted with each other through the stalls, while we dumped the gatorade into the toilets, and refilled the bottled with beer so we could drink them as we went to webster hall. word. so we got outside and got a cab...well wouldn't ya know it we got the chattiest cab driver in new york city. nice guy though. he was telling us how he was on a diet and how he had family up in albany and woo-eee he doesn't understand how people live up there when its so cold. so we get to webster hall and get inside and we were waiting on line to check our coats. there was a sign up saying it was $3 per item....well some kids cut in front of us and as they did so, this bitch changed the sign to say $4 per item. we were like uh, can we pay $3, we've been standing right here, and she was like no. soooo all together, $12 down the toilet. from there we went to the bar. i had 10 bucks in my pocket, lanny had 2. i asked the bartender what the cheapest shit they had was--$6 bud lights. so there went our collective $12. sorry we couldn't tip. anyway, got our beers and we headed into the room where the actual show was and whatnot. we got there in like such good time...the souls came on a few minutes after we got upstairs. ugh i love them. the lights went low and born to run started playing...gahhhhhh so good. so they came out, i forget what they opened with and what not. i went into the crowd after like 2 or 3 songs, i managed to get one person from the rail. when they started true believers a few people started jumping on stage, i hit the one kid in front of me and i was like yo lets go, so he moved aside and as i was starting to hop the barricade security started pulling kids off the stage so i was like ...ok fuck that. well i would have given that kid his spot back but i couldn't find him, so i was on the rail for most of the show. bahhh it was so good. so so fucking good. they're just the coolest fucking people. before they did night on earth i think it was, greg started saying how the song was about when he, bryan and pete were going to see the ramones at webster hall when it used to be called the ritz, but greg didn't have his id on him or something so they all didn't go and they just walked around the city and drank. oh i don't know i just love them ok? jeeze. i was all set and ready to jump on stage for the last song, which i assumed would be manthem or something, but it was for all the unheard and no one went up and i was expecting another after that one. oh well. it was such a good show. so after i was making my way down to the coat check to find my deery lann and she found me on the way. well the line for this damn coat check was so incredibly long, and well, our time is too valuable for shit like that. so we cut people who wound up waiting over a half hour for their shit, got ours and peaced out. once we were outside we decided we're too poor to get a cab or take the subway, so we started walking. we were on 3rd and 11th, and we had to get to 34th and 7th. quite the journey, but it was a lovely evening and we were in good spirits. so we walked and walked in search of a nice pizza place that was open. we finally found one and as soon as we went in some dude there started asking us if he could have one of the roses lanny stole from wesbter hall. we told him no dice and we sat down for a nice late pizza dinner. finished that shit up and we were back on our treck to penn. once we finally got close and we were by macys, we deicded to go look at the windows! they were so cool. each one was a special tree...like the tree of joy or the tree of peace or the tree of friendship. i think it was the tree of peace that had this huge lion, and when you pressed a button on the window he roared. he was hanging out with a cute little lamb too. one of them was all underwater stuff, i forget which but i really liked that one. the tree of friendship had this huge dragon and there were cameras or whatever in the dragons eyes and you could see yourself in them. it was so cool. ugh i'm so mad my camera broke. anyway the windows were so cool im so happy we went and saw them :). so then we got to penn and as we walked in we saw a kid we were following from the show who we'd previously lost! insane. anyway as we got downstairs they were announcing our track, we literally had to wait like 30 seconds before we got on the train, it was glory. so we got on and we sat in one of those two seaters that face each other. next to us was a 3 seater that faced each other. so we're sitting there chatting and some kid goes and sits on the end of the three seater next to us, and he was blatantly staring at us, waiting for us to say something. so i was like uhhh yea? and he said something like "so is this working? this is how you hit on people right?" to which i replyed "oh my god, no." he was clearly wasted, which he then told us about, and how his friend was a comedian but oh man he wasn't performing that night wah wah wah. he eventually, eventually, left us alone....for about 15 minutes. next thing i know he sits down next to me. we humored him for like 2 minutes then lindsey and i went back to whatever it was that we were talking about while he like passed out. he got off at his stop soon enough, but jeeze....
so that was my lovely lovely evening in the city with dearest deery. it was such a good one. the fucking bouncing souls were so damn good. it was such a good show. and lindsey and i just always have such a good time together. ahh it was so joyous...all the random people we met and seeing the windows...aw so wonderful. <3. |

well, it's three in the morning. i'm wide awake. the new fall out boy video is on. discusting. so discusting. secretly though, seeing them makes me miss then like ridiculously. ridiculously ridiculously. dayum. anyway, moving on...my family came over for brunch today, i decided to get drunk in the middle of the afternoon. my mom hid the vodka from me by about 5:00. i then moved on to gin. i passed out around 8:30 and woke up at 11:30. i thought it was 11:30 in the morning the next day. anyway now here i sit, 3:17 am. (WOO ST PATS!) i don't know why i'm really talking about this, since i'm up till around this time every damn night anyway, but whatever. the red hot chili peppers are so fucking cool. i wish i could like know them. they're just the coolest guys. so poor james brown huh? the god father of soul himself. i have this james brown pin, i wish i had it home from school. wooaahhhh the foo fighters video for big me is on! such gold. i remember when i was mad little i saw this video playing in sears or something like that. ok i actually feel like im getting tired now. what the fuck. i won't be able to sleep for hours though i'm sure. oh lazer tag is so so fun. ok whatever bye. |

i'm sad. i feel so gross. my leg hurts. this time a lot. i love being home. i don't want to leave. i miss long island. i miss my family, i miss my friends. i miss my fucking job. how pathetic is that? and i know when i go back over christmas i'm going to be complaining about it, but for now i miss it. i just work with such a good bunch of people. i miss them so much. ugh another episode of roseanne is on nick at nite. i wish it was fresh prince..or cosby...or designing women, i newly like that one. its ten to three, i have to go to bed. i have so much to do tomorrow and not enough time to do it in. i don't want to go back to stupid siena. i miss home so much. i love my friends at school i really do. i miss my friends here so much though. so much. i miss ...i don't know what i miss. i miss my music. i miss people with tatoos. i miss dirty people. i feel like i've gotten so boring and dull and predictible. i have a headache. i need advil. story of my life these days. advil then tylenol pm to help me sleep. it doesnt work for me though...so i really don't know why i keep taking it, but i do. i can't find eloise. all i want is eloise. i don't want to go to siena. i want all my friends to move here and i just want to stay where i am. |

hello world.
i went home this past weekend. so fabulous. here is a recap:
- friday got home and ate roast beef and drank gin and tonic with my family.
-walked around in the city.
- went through my old hanson and nsync stuff with my sisters.
- went out to a bar with lindsey and penny.
-got dressed in the car with lindsey.
- stole shots.
- met a bloody tampon, sword boy, and others...including sword girl herself.
- stole pratically all the halloween decor in this bar.
- got fresh prince season one as a birthday gift from my partner in crime.
- saturday bummed around all day.
- hung out with lauren and emily.
- went to brees house for a little while,
- went with em, pat and chris merola to steal pumpkins. ...usually em and i go and just grab like 2 pumps, this year with the help of my brother and his friend we took about 12. one of them was diseased so we smashed it. pat walked up the steps of the church and everything, to find the best ones.
- blasted the misfits as we sped away.
- time traveled.
- heard nsync on the radio while in the car with emily.
- went to smoke in the backyard across the street, because no one has lived in this house for months. once we were back there though chris noticed there was a cable box in the house...meaning people had moved in.
- relocated to the side of our house.
- i spit a lot.
- watched fresh prince (season one) with em. ate chips that looked like art. em told me a whole story of how she would present this one chip to her art class. i lost a bet to her and owe her a bowl.
- sunday bummed around.
- family came over. <3, john is so big.
- watched nightmare before christmas.
- monday went shopping with moms.
- so weird going into urban.
- saw caitlin and her baby randomly in forever 21. o m g can't even tell you how cute he is.
- did not get boots or anything i needed to get from the mall.
- i miss the urban family.
- kelly waffle coned me.
- went to target with maureen.
- went to applebees with dennis and kerry.
- while at applebees i saw three people i knew...which made me happy because i was scarred i wouldn't see anyone and i would be really sad then.
- ate a ton of food.
- printed out a ton of pictures i wanted to print out.
- threw up around 4 in the morning.
- tuesday woke up and went to nassau to see gym class heroes.
- saw many people i did not care to see.
- gym class was so good as per usual. disashi had on an afro, hendrix style, dejesus was in full warriors garb from head to toe.
- i'm so glad i saw them. i miss them, i miss shows. this one wasn't their best, but they were still gym class so yea.
- got on the train to come back to siena around 2.
so that was my weekend at home. i want to go back. bah!
oh and i love halloween.
